Background Experience 

Coming from two generations of hoteliers, Raj brings over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry at Las Cruces Real Estate – Commercial. His passion for real estate stems from working under his father at a young age. While helping the family business, Raj was able to learn the operations of a hotel and the different brand standards that are associated with each premier hotel group.

Education Background

Raj graduated from Las Cruces High School and relocated to Albuquerque, where he attended college at the University of New Mexico. He graduated on May of 2019 where he received his degree in Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Raj also completed his real estate classes and obtained his real estate license on September of 2019. He is currently in the process of pursuing his Colorado Associate broker license.

Personal Statement

Raj Patel is a New Mexico Native, born and raised in Las Cruces. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
