Owner & Tenant Portals
Owners have access to our property management system via an “owner portal” which allows for routine and up-to-date accounting and ACH payments. We provide twice yearly property inspections and two drive-by inspections as part of our service.
Tenants also have access to our system via a “tenant portal” for the purpose of submitting maintenance requests and making rent payments. All members of our property management team are notified by email and text of new maintenance requests. For emergencies, we are always available by phone.
We use reliable handymen for small jobs and licensed contractors for large repairs.
